Penny Feeny’s short stories have been widely published and her debut novel, That Summer in Ischia, which was launched two years ago at WOW, went on to become Amazon’s best-selling title in the summer of 2011. She is delighted to be back at the festival with her second book, The Apartment in Rome, drawing on her time as an expatriate in Italy.
